The base of operations is Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand.
Delivery / Shipping
Delivery is done by an overnight courier unless advised else wise. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 working days. Japanese products may take longer than 7 working days due to transport. Due to Covid 19 situation, the Japanese products may update suddenly. Members receive free shipping when spending over $300 per one transaction. Free delivery is only possible to Black 29 members around Christchurch and Auckland at this stage. We will communicate through emails to set up a day and time for delivery. Delivery outside of New Zealand and to rural addresses is not possible.
Due to the nature of our products, no refunds can be issued.
The name that will appear on your bank statement is Black 29. Your account will be charged in NZD.
Your payment is processed through eWAY Payment Gateway. eWAY secures all your customer and credit-card data with military-grade software and servers, and the highest level of encryption available. Black 29 will not store or transfer any of your credit card information. All data is transferred using eWAYs secure servers.
Black 29 members terms and condition
- You have a flexible agreement that you can cancel at any time. You agree to pay your joining fees and annually subscription fee until you cancel your membership.
- You can get a special price for Black 29 products and Japanese products. Also, there is member’s only product every month. You will receive our regular news letter via email, so you can get new products, events and sales information.
- Members receive free shipping when spending over $300 per one transaction. Free delivery is only possible to Black 29 members around Christchurch and Auckland at this stage.
- You can cancel at any time by giving us 14 days’ notice. Tell us, and then confirm by email. You can keep using the membership during the 14 days.
We will pay back your joining membership fee within 60days.
Exception: members who used a code for free joining membership fee.
- You cannot be transferred your membership to someone else.
- You can pay joining membership fee and annual fee via our Website.
- We might have to change the joining fee or/and annual fee at times. But we promise not to increase your fees without giving you 60days’ notice unless we have to by law, like if GST gets increased. We’ll let you know by email. If you don’t like any changes coming up, you can give us 14 days’ notice to cancel your membership.
- We may change the price of our products from time to time and without giving any reason or prior notice, upgrade, modify, suspend or discontinue the provision of or remove, whether in whole part or in part our products and any services. We shall not be liable of any such upgrade, modification, suspension or removal prevents you from accessing our products or any part of the services.
- We promise not to pass on your details to any third party other than for credit checks, administration, payment processing or debt collection. We will ask you if we want to use your details for marketing purpose.
