Storage and use instruction
Frozen until ready to use. We recommend meal is thawed prior to stir fry.
Stir fry and eat meals within 24 hours of thawing.
Meals can be cooked from frozen but will require an extra 10-15 mins cooking time.

Cooking Instructions
Stove top: Meal can also be heated directly in a pot without water by removing the thawed meal from the bag, placing the meal into the fry pan and stir fry for 5 mins over low-medium heat, stirring regularly, until meat cooked.
