Ingredients: Tonkotsu Soup (Pork soup) 53% [Water, Pork bone, Cabbage, Pork bone, pork fat, Onion, Spring onion, Garlic, Ginger], Egg Noodles 34% (Water, Wheat flour, Egg, Potato starch, Gluten, Cornstarch, Acidity Regulator (501), Canola Oli, Salt, Colour (102)), Soy Base Sauce, [Soy sauce, Mirin (Water, Glucose, Glutinous Rice and White Rice, Alcohol, Syrup), Dried Kelp, Dried Bonito, Shiitake, dried anchovy, Sugar, Apple cider Vinegar, Shio Koji (Rice, Water, Salt, and Ethyl Alcohol, Salt], Char-siu, (Pork, Gluten free soy sauce, mirin, sugar, garlic, ginger, chili), Spring onion, Garlic oil (Lard, Garlic, Ginger, Spring onion).

Frozen until ready to use. Do not thaw.
1. Remove from the packaging and place the ramen into a small pot or pan with a lid on (Keeping the lid on is very important to reduce evaporation).
2. Heat for 5 minutes with the lid on med/high heat.
3. Once you see that soup is fully melted, submerge toppings then heat for 1-2 minutes to bring to a full boil.
4. Remove from heat, stir well and serve.
If the taste is too strong, put a little boiling water.
