About Us
Born from a love of cooking quality food, Black 29 is bringing you ready-to-eat gourmet meals and sliced meats made with Black Origin Wagyu and Whitehart Kurobuta.
Every recipe is thoughtfully created by our Head Chef Tadayuki who has over 20-year experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry.
We always include top-quality products and source as many of our ingredients from New Zealand suppliers as possible. We use Black Origin Wagyu and Whitehart Kurobuta, which both have known health benefits compared to other meats.
Our ready-to-eat meal brand "MAD SAMURAI" has been launched in late 2022. Products are available at Asian supermarkets as well as in our online shop.
In recent years, the wholesale range has been further expanded. A wide range of slice meats and order-made ready-to-cook products are also distributed to restaurants nationwide.
